How this works

Upload a PCB assembly, confirm units and orientation, and recognise it. Review connector suggestions, build the enclosure, add openings, then download base and lid STL files.

Only clearly recognised PCBs are accepted. Bare or merged STL models can be ambiguous. Connector suggestions are not manufacturing measurements.

Projects save in this browser's site storage, not browser history. Clearing site data removes them. Clearing cached images/files alone may not. Private browsing, storage limits or browser eviction can also remove projects. There is no online backup.

From model to prototype.

A base and locating lid with your choice of external lugs or internal screw posts. Every opening is cut into the exported solid, not just drawn on the preview.

I reviewed scale, openings, clearances, screw fit and PCB mounting.

ZIP includes separate base.stl and lid.stl in millimetres, plus build notes. Lid is oriented flat-face down. PCB mounts you add are included in the base. Mount bores are plain, unthreaded holes; check screw fit and length.

Prototype limits

Enclosure footprint around the PCB assembly, with adjustable corner and outer-edge radii. Custom height can leave leads or other parts protruding; add suitable outlets and check rigid-component clearance. No guarantee of connector recognition, ventilation, waterproofing, electrical safety or manufacturing fit. Review against the real PCB and in your slicer; print tolerances and fasteners vary.

Supports source files up to 20 MB and 300,000 triangles, up to 32 openings and 32 PCB mounts. Mount detection looks for round through-holes on both faces of a horizontal PCB slab; other features need manual placement. STEP assemblies preserve useful component geometry. STL is a merged, unitless mesh and needs more manual review.
